You should drink more water than other liquids throughout the day.
You should raise your Heartrate up above 80% of your max (basically 220 – your age) at least 4 times a week for a min of 10 minutes.
You should use your muscles every day.
You should try to avoid medications to maintain balance – but rather use behavior to things regulated.
