OVERVIEWYou’ve done the hard work of creating a PowerPoint presentation that makes a case for using Microsoft 365 in the workplace. Now your team will need to record yourselves delivering the presentation in Teams, so your manager can share the presentation with other stakeholders. Because it may be shared with a variety of teams throughout the organization, you will need to be sure your recorded presentation is polished and rehearsed.
REQUIREMENTSIncorporate any instructor feedback from Week 8 into your PowerPoint file. Then record your presentation, meeting the following requirements:
The presentation should be no less than 8 minutes and no longer than 12 minutes in length (this will require practicing with your team), and all team members must have speaking parts, with the time speaking generally divided equally among members.
The oral part of the presentation should provide context around the information presented in the slides and include specific examples from real experiences during the team’s work together.
All speaking is clear and audible throughout the recording.
The presentation must be recorded in Microsoft Teams and show the PowerPoint and presenter (on camera) at the same time.
