In addition, we educate the client about their health and disease process. Our job is to keep the client out of the hospital and functioning at their best. We give the client educational materials to help them maintain their health. We follow up with high-risk clients, such as those with HTN, DM2, Insulin dependent, HF, COPD, or CA. What distinguishes us is that I am a health care official with over 27 years of experience as a community health nurse and infection control instructor. I believe Helix home health will be the best provider for the UPMC client. We encourage our clients to keep all of their medical appointments, including dental, optometry, mammograms, and prostate exams. With our caregiver, we enforce EVV compliance and educate. Our target compliance rate is 90%.
I am trying to become a provider for this Manage care organization UPMC
We make several attempts and we were told they are not accepting new application for provider in 2021 and 2020 we were told the same information. After a conference we need to send a letter.
