Question 1: There were given multiple articles, I chose the specific one that is attached. It can be explained with facts that are stated in there why was it chosen and worthy to write about.
Question 3: It should be written from the teacher’s point of you since the course is about nutrition in the classroom. My idea is to talk about how children have different beliefs at home and before eating the food some may have rituals. Examples can be holding hands before eating, saying grace, or the way the food is prepared ( please add something extra, and make it sound with better words). The activity can be such as children will tell what they do before eating the food or how it is practiced in their family, and next time during lunchtime, the class will demonstrate it all together about how to share food based on that child. ( If you have a better idea for an activity, you can use it. This was just an example. Thank you so much!).
