Spirit blue has shown growthand its the blue plate and the starch plate was shown growth and I placed Iodine was shown a reaction its the clear plate with the dark reaction in the middle
Upd: I followed the flow chart from the pictures my gram stain is positive for sure and the catalase I am not sure I only bubbled a little not a lot I used hydrogen peroxide on the bacteria and the I had a alot of growth on the mannitol salt agar but came out negative on the bile agar
