I’m currently working on a course project and need some assistance. The project topic is as follows:
– Developing an web based applications which will allow customers search, book appoints with various beauty salons, barber shops and tattoo shops. This application will allow shop owners the ability to register their locations. This idea will have the ability to manage employee appointments and sales and services. The applications will be a full-stack application; with database and a few 3rd party software. the hardware would be any mobile device; i want to the applications to be scalable for mobile desktop, tablet. The code possible Redact, Nodejs. JavaScript. Along with this application it will come equipped with a suite of cyber security solutions to protect consumer data and the business from cyber attacks.
I need assistance with the following:
Risks: All projects have some form of risk attached. This section should provide a list of high-level risks that you have determined to apply to this project.
Project Deliverables: This section should list all of the deliverables that the customer, project sponsor, or stakeholders require upon the successful completion of the project. Summary Budget: The summary budget should contain general cost components and their planned costs. As the project moves forward, these costs may change as all tasks and requirements become clearer. Any changes must be communicated by the senior project director.
